Contract review, special conditions advice, all standard searches and certificates, deposit handling via trust account, full PEXA settlement, post-settlement notifications. Disbursements (search fees, SRO duty) are extra and quoted up front.
How early should I engage you?+
Ideally before signing. We review the contract and any Section 32 / Vendor's Statement before you commit, and flag anything that needs negotiating.
What if my finance falls through?+
We make sure your contract has the right finance condition with the right date. If it does fall through, we manage the cooling-off or finance-clause exit cleanly.
