Why we exist
Southland Conveyancers is a Bayside Melbourne conveyancing practice serving Cheltenham, Mentone, Sandringham, Mordialloc, Brighton and surrounds. We started Perth Metro Cabelling because most cabling jobs we'd seen — both as customers and as field installers — were rushed, undocumented, and undersold. A registered cabler signing off ten minutes of work isn't a job done well, it's a liability waiting for an insurance claim.
Our team only takes on what we can do properly. We quote in writing. We test every run with a Fluke and give you the certification report. We label every outlet. We patch our own holes and we clean up before we leave.
